Favourite garment of September

Hey guys! I can't believe its October already!
As You have probably guessed, today's post is about my love for (faux) suede skirts! I raved a lot about them in September so I decided to make it my favourite garment of the month and I'm pretty sure it will be one of my favourites throughout the autumn/ winter!

I have already posted about the first skirt in these images, which I bought from Primark, I have worn this skirt so much since I bought it as it is so comfy and soft so I went into the Oxford Street store yesterday and picked up two more one that is a reddy brown and the other is more of a chocolate brown, these ones have zips down the front which is a lot easier to do up compared to the button up skirt!! I always find that Primark clothing is always oddly sized so I usually go for a size bigger, especially when I buy faux suede/ leather- just a tip!

The black skirt in these photos is from New Look. It has a zip halfway down the back so it is easy to do up it is also very soft! I like this one as it is so simple and looks cute with so many different tops and is easily dressed up/ down. The New Look sizing is totally different compared to Primark's because for this skirt I had to buy a size smaller than I would usually buy as my normal size was too big!

Below are the links to the skirts above, I will also add some links to come other faux suede skirts that I have found (and want) from more shops!

See you next time!!

Bella's Double Denim

Hey everyone, it's Bella again! I really enjoyed my last post with Em so she's let me blog about this 70's double denim number that I put together! I don't usually go for double denim, but I really like the two contrasting shades of denim with the washed pale trousers which are my Topshop Mom Jeans and dark shirt that I bought in H&M in Switzerland!

I've been really admiring Kylie Jenner (hasn't everyone) at the moment so really this outfit was inspired by her! This is a very casual and simple outfit which I have worn with my white Birkenstock sandals and Accessories mirrored sunglasses. I really like this comfy outfit and I think it would look really good if the shirt had short sleeves, or even with a denim halter neck in the same dark shade which would look cute and make this even more summery!

Top- H&M (similar here)
Jeans- Topshop (similar here)
Sandals- Birkenstock (similar here)
Sunglasses- Accessories (similar here)

I hope you have enjoyed my post and I look forward to posting more!

My Favourite Garment of July

The one piece of clothing that I have loved and worn a lot of are wide leg trousers. I hadn't usually gone for wide leg trousers before as I have found that they make me look even shorter than normal! But when I walked into Primark and saw the black and white zigzag I fell in love with them! They are so easy to wear! I have teamed them with another primary buy; the off the shoulder crop top. These trousers would really go with any colour top as black and white go with anything! I also wore them with flip flops as a casual look for the day. I think I bought these for about £9 in the sale, which is an absolute bargain... I just couldn't resist.

My second pair of wide leg trousers are the blue printed ones that I bought for £12 from Tesco... yet again, bargain! These ones are high waisted which is perfect as they make my legs look longer! I absolutely love these as they are so floaty and comfortable. When I put them on for the first time they were so long, I had to take them up by about 3 inches, this made me feel so short! I'm 5''3 which isn't even that short! I team these with either a black or white crop top, I like the off the shoulder ones best as they show a little bit of skin.. compared to the trousers which cover the whole leg. These also look really nice with the nude/ pink cropped halter neck top that I got from asos, i'll add the link below. These look really cute with flipflops for a casual day out, or heeled sandals!

Below are three wide leg trousers that I have been admiring on missguided.co.uk.

M.A.C

Girl About Town

Flat Out Fabulous and Twig

Mac Red

Mehr
Pink Treat and In Anticipation

Hi guys, so today's post is all about my all time favourite M.A.C lipsticks and liners. Every girl needs a pretty pink and a bright red lipstick in their lipstick collection, right? Well I certainly have more that one of each colour but my favourite bright ones are 'Girl About Town', 'Flat Out Fabulous' and 'Mac Red'. They are so summery and are the perfect shades to finish of an outfit. I love to wear the red in winter as I tend to wear a lot of black so this bold lip colour is the perfect statement element to any outfit day and night. Girl About Town is more a summer colour I think compared too the red which is an all year round colour. Flat Out Fabulous is in the same boat as Mac Red, as it is more of a purple shade compared to Girl About Town I find it easier to wear throughout the whole year as it is bright but dark at the same time if that makes sense so its not so in your face! These three lipsticks I would wear both day and night, especially in the summer as they are fun statement colours.

The colours I usually turn to for more of a casual colour are Twig and Mehr. They are both very similar colours as they are a dark dull reddy brown natural colour. (Mehr is the pinker shade of the two). I wear both of these colours all the time as they go with pretty much everything and if I'm wearing a statement outfit and I want to wear a noticeable lipstick but not a bright one I will always go for one of these two! Both of these lipsticks go perfectly with the lip liners 'Pink Treat & In Anticipation' as they are pretty much identical colours to the lipsticks.
When it comes to wearing any colour lipstick, I always wear a liner under the lipstick as it keeps it lasting so much longer and it stops the colour bleeding.

If you haven't tried it before and want to try making your lips look fuller, I highly recommend using pink treat and either Mehr or Twig as they are a more natural shade they don't make it as obvious that you have tried to make your lips look plumper!

I hope you have enjoyed today's post! Tomorrows post will the last of my weeks worth of posts and after that I will be posting once/ twice a week from then on!

Lush Lush Lush

The Comforter
Twilight

So I went shopping today and of course I went in to LUSH. These first two photos are of my 'go to' favourite LUSH products. 'The Comforter' is a bubble bar, which If you haven't used one before, you break a bit off, (in the comforters case, I break about 1/4 off as you only need a small amount, not only will this leave your bubble bar lasting longer but will save you buying another one!) and run it under the tap whilst you run your bath slowly breaking little bits off which makes the bath bubbly and pink and leaves the bathroom smelling sweet and heavenly.

The second photo is of the 'Twilight' bath bomb which as you can see from the photo is pink on the outside and blue on the inside, the more it fizzes and dissolves the more colours are exposed making the bath so colourful and of course it also smells lush!

If you have never bought anything from lush before, I would highly recommend these two as a first time buy as they are so fun and vibrant.
My Purchases from Lush

So during my visit to my local LUSH shop today, I decided to make three different purchases to normal, which included 'Rose Jam and Yuzu & Cocoa bubbleroon's' and 'Brightside  bubble bar'. You might be thinking 'what on earth is a bubbleroon' but don't worry, it is pretty much the same thing as a bubble bar which I explained earlier. I love these bath products as they make my skin so soft and they are so relaxing.

The bubbleroons that I bought today smell good enough to eat, the Rose one as you can probably guess smells like rose and the Yuzu and Cocoa smells like the Cocoa Butter body cream and cakes!! With these, they are small, small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, but like the bubble bars I find its best to break it in half and use one half for one bath and save the other for another time (which also saves you buying another one).

When it comes to bubble bars, I have only bought The Comforter before, so today I decided to go for something different and try 'Brightside'. This is now one of my absolute favourites. I love fruity smells when it comes to body spray/ shower jel and bubble bars are no exception. Again, I used 1/4 of the bar, and run it under the tap breaking bits off making the bath orange, bubbly and smelling delicious. This citrus smell is so summery, I will without a doubt be buying more of these!

I hope you have enjoyed this post, let me know if you would like more like this.

Pay day!! Surely it's one of the best days of the month, right!? Well I think so anyway. Here is a cheeky look into my wish list from missguided.co.uk and M.A.C cosmetics. These gorgeous items are what I have been looking at over the past few weeks and really really want!
Over the past month or so I have really loved this 'lace up' style that I have seen in most shops recently, and as you can see, most of this wish list is lace up.. the shoes included.

SHOES. I simply cannot get enough of them, as my friends and family know all too well . I have a shoe shelf in my room with probably about 30 (give or take a couple), to be honest I have lost count. These two pairs would look so lush on as the would off... in a space on my infamous shelf! I really like how these shoes could also be worn with a casual outfit or to finish off the perfect evening/ party outfit! They would also go with every outfit that I also have on this wish list which is just fab!

During summer I love to wear clothing like the swing dress and loose fitting tops as they are lighter and cooler to wear in the heat, (when I say heat, I mean on holiday.. Obviously not this English weather) so these cute garments would be the perfect holiday clothes!

M.A.C. So this is another brand I am totally obsessed with and have been for many years. I cannot go too a M.A.C shop without buying something.. it is usually a lipstick.
The top two images are of a recent collection called 'Look In A Box'. The top set is 'Look In A Box Lip Kit, Pretty Natural' which includes the following items for a total of £29-

 1 lip liner, 'Subculture'
1 lipstick, 'Pretty Natural'
1 lipglass, 'Feeling Fine'

The second set is called 'Look In A Box Face Kit, Sophisticate which is more expensive at £49 but it includes the following;

2 powder blushes, 'Cream Soda & Linda'
6 eye shadows, 'Hey, Sun Tweaked, Wedge, With Flair, Beautifully Charred & Dance in the dark'
2 Lipsticks, 'Love happens & True red'
Duo- handed brush.

(This set also comes with a face chart to help you through the application).

I really want both of these sets and the outfits so much they are so gorgeous and would be perfect for my holiday!!
